Congrats to Jamie Stevenson on winning both the 100 & 200m race in his divisional athletics day, which takes him onto regionals in October. Even having enough time to do a look back at the competition.
Jamie has been training with us since the start of the year and even as a kid in year 6 he is one of the most attentive and hardest workers in the youth program. He has progressed through the program extremely well and is now comfortably performing quite advanced exercises for someone his age and making it look easy. Check out a few snippets in the video
