We achieve this by providing a professional and fun environment for clients to improve their performance and to attain those hard to reach goals. We accomplish these results by providing a science backed training methodology that has been developed over 20 years working with thousands of athletes from your local sports enthusiast, youth athletes through to professional and olympic athletes.
Speed and Agility
A targeted session designed to improve the way you move for your sport. These sessions include: Dynamic warm-up, Acceleration mechanics, Upright running mechanics, Change of Direction mechanics, stability and injury prevention.
Sessions run for 45 minutes
Individually programmed, coached for optimum results!
Strength and Power
A targeted session designed to develop pure strength and power for your sport. This session includes the following components: Upper body power, Plyometrics, Medicine ball throws, Lower body strength, Upper body strength, Stability, Injury prevention and recovery.
