We have been seeing that there is a chunk of youth athletes that struggle with single leg balance, and this struggle can lead to other problems in areas like running, jumping and landing safely.
Most kids will get bored with just trying to balance on one leg for an extended period of time. Here are a few ways we like to mix up our balance exercises and challenge our youth athletes coordination
1. 8 Point Balance
2. Partner juggles
3. Unstable surface
