Unleash Your Potential: ACE Performance Speed and Strength Camps

Unleash Your Potential: ACE Performance Speed and Strength Camps

Welcome to ACE Performance, where young athletes transform dreams into reality. Our Speed and Strength Camps are meticulously crafted to propel athletes aged 10-16 toward their peak performance, helping them shine on the field and beyond.

This program is for you, if you have experienced the following:

  1. Frustration with Plateaus: Aspiring athletes often hit performance plateaus, feeling stuck and unable to break through to the next level in their sport.

  2. Lack of Specialised Training: Many young athletes struggle due to a lack of targeted training. Generic programs fail to address individual needs and sport-specific demands, leading to suboptimal results.

  3. Injury Concerns: The fear of injury or dealing with ongoing injuries inhibits progress and holds athletes back from reaching their full potential.

  4. Under confidence: Not realising one's full capabilities or falling short in competition can erode confidence, affecting both performance and enjoyment of the sport.

This program will guarantee the following:

  1. Unleashing Speed and Agility: Our camps focus on enhancing speed and agility, enabling athletes to out manoeuvre opponents and dominate the field with newfound agility.

  2. Unlocking Strength and Power: With a specialised focus on strength and power development, athletes experience new found strength, empowering them to excel in their chosen sport.

  3. Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation: Our programs prioritise injury prevention and rehabilitation, ensuring athletes feel confident and secure in their physical capabilities.

  4. Boosting Confidence and Achievement: As athletes progress, they gain confidence, achieve personal bests, and stand out among peers, leading to a sense of pride and accomplishment.

At ACE Performance, we bring an innovative approach to sports performance training. Led by degree-qualified coaches, our camps blend expertise, motivation, and encouragement to create a fun yet results-driven environment. We celebrate each milestone, nurturing athletes to become their best selves on and off the field.

Join us on this exhilarating journey, where we turn frustrations into triumphs and aspirations into achievements.

Name: Brit Bonnici

Age: 24

Sport: Aussie Rules

Program Goals: A long time athlete with us, Brit’s main program goal for this block is to prepare her in the best way possible for the 2022 AFLW season. Being the off season now, we can really target strength gains, whilst also maintaining her excellent sprinting technique that she perfected throughout her junior years coming through the ACE system. Brit has dealt with some lower back issues towards the back end of the 2021 season, so we are looking to address that and make sure she goes into the 2022 season feeling as fresh as ever.

Results: For her current program, it’s too early to say regarding results. But if we look back at Brit since she joined ACE, she has progressed enormously. She running technique was a large focus when she first arrived, and now it is at the point where Brit can almost coach herself it’s that good!
