Welcome to ACE Performance, where young athletes transform dreams into reality. Our Speed and Strength Camps are meticulously crafted to propel athletes aged 10-16 toward their peak performance, helping them shine on the field and beyond.

This program is for you, if you have experienced the following:

Frustration with Plateaus: Aspiring athletes often hit performance plateaus, feeling stuck and unable to break through to the next level in their sport.

Lack of Specialised Training: Many young athletes struggle due to a lack of targeted training. Generic programs fail to address individual needs and sport-specific demands, leading to suboptimal results.

Injury Concerns: The fear of injury or dealing with ongoing injuries inhibits progress and holds athletes back from reaching their full potential.

Under confidence: Not realising one's full capabilities or falling short in competition can erode confidence, affecting both performance and enjoyment of the sport.

Unleashing Speed and Agility: Our camps focus on enhancing speed and agility, enabling athletes to out manoeuvre opponents and dominate the field with newfound agility.

Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation: Our programs prioritise injury prevention and rehabilitation, ensuring athletes feel confident and secure in their physical capabilities.

THE SPEED & STRENGTH CAMP ROADMAP
PICK FROM A HALF-DAY OR FULL DAY PROGRAM
Half-Day Camp (2pm - 4pm)

1.45pm Drop Off 2pm Welcome and Speed Warm-Up
* Dynamic warm-up and priming game.

2.15 pm - 3 pm: Speed and Agility Training
* Focus on straight-line and CoD drills.

3.15pm -4pm: Strength and Power Training
* Supersets targeting steering, power, and strength.

Dates: Every Monday, Wednesday & Friday in December 2023
Full Day Camp (9am - 3pm)

8:15 am - 9:00 am: Drop Off and ACE Welcome

9:00 am - 11:00 am: Testing (Movement, power, speed, and strength assessments with video analysis.)

11:00 am - 12:00 pm: Speed and Agility Training (Running drills, agility exercises, and cooldown with mobility.)

12:00 pm - 1:00 pm: Lunch and Data Upload

1:00 pm - 2:00 pm: Testing Results Presentation

2:00 pm - 3:00 pm: Strength, Endurance, and Games Session

3:00 pm - Onwards: Pick Up Time
