STAFF PROFILES

Tom Frost
Tom has been involved in high performance sport since graduating from Uni in 2012.
He has held previous roles as Head of Performance with the Melbourne Storm's U20 and U18 squads, Head of Sport Science at the PNG Olympic Committee and Lead S&C to a professional UFC fighter, amongst many others.

Jacqui Heward

Jacqui is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Sport Dietitian with over 10 years’ experience in clinical and sports nutrition. Jacqui works with athletes from recreational to elite, including representative athletes and those performing at a national level.
“In my practice, I put the client first. My role is to simplify the confusing world of nutrition information, use evidence-based principles, and establish a clear path to success”.
Jacqui’s goal is to educate and empower athletes the fuel their body for success and welcomes the opportunity to support athletes through our collaborative approach. Nutrition cannot be overlooked in performance, which is why Dietetics plays a key role in the performance team.

Linda Frost
Linda has worked in performance pathways for more than 7 years.Most notable of her roles was the support of the PNG national athletes, and their successful gold medal haul at the 2015 Pacific Games.
Linda was the designated Remedial Therapist, Strength and Conditioning coach and Sport Trainer to the National Women's Netball, Men's Soccer, Men's and Women's Hockey, Men's Rugby 7's, Men and Women's Beach Volleyball and Athletics and Para-Athletics athletes.
