The purpose of the high performance program is to maximise the potential of every athlete through a comprehensive, year round program that develops all of the vital components necessary in achieving your goals. 

Achieving a new benchmark in performance, while keeping  our clients injury free and performing at their peak. 

We achieve this by providing a professional and fun environment for clients to improve their  performance and to attain those hard to reach goals. If you are an athlete wanting to take your game to the next level or simply a fitness enthusiast that demands a results based training methodology that only professional athletes get access to, then this is the program for you.  

We aim to consistently produce results for our clients. To build confidence, self esteem and a positive self image. To safely develop all clients to achieve individual and/or team success.

We accomplish these results by providing  a science backed training methodology that has been developed over 20 years working with thousands of athletes from your local sports enthusiast, youth athletes through to professional and olympic athletes.

There's no better way to kick your goal out of the park, than investing in yourself with one on one sessions. 

You'll have the undivided attention of your trainer (performance coach) - they'll know you're goal, and they're not going to stop until they've got you over the line!

Options for 30, 45 and 60min sessions, starting at $60.

Lifting Weights

Are you someone who prefers training alongside others?

Others that are chasing similar goals?

Others that are going to pull you up when you're down?

Our small group training options will have no more than 8 people in a class, that way our coach can still individualise components of the session to you, and your requirements. 

Strong - You don't need to be scared in the gym anymore! Learn safe lifting techniques and become STRONG!

Fit - For those needing to lose weight, or increase their fitness for general health, this class is for you. 

The goal is not to break you - it will apply science, and progress you beyond limits you thought imaginable.

Every athlete will start with an individual athletic assessment, inclusive of gait analysis. 

From these results we are able to tailor an individual performance program to you and your needs.

Speed and Agility

A targeted session designed to improve the way you move for your sport. These sessions include: Dynamic warm-up, Acceleration mechanics, Upright running mechanics, Change of Direction mechanics, stability and injury prevention. 

Sessions run for 45 minutes

Individually programmed, coached for optimum results!

Strength and Power

A targeted session designed to develop pure strength and power for your sport. This session includes the following components: Upper body power, Plyometrics, Medicine ball throws, Lower body strength, Upper body strength, Stability, Injury prevention and recovery.
