Often kids get taught how to jump and land in isolation, which is great to start but how do we then link it together?
Combining different jumps together for kids can be a great way to both vary and progress from just singular jumps.
If an adult athlete did some of these jumps they might be considered high load jumps but we let our youth athletes work within their limits, therefore reducing the load on the joints.
Whether it is multiple jumps in a row, or linking different kinds of jumps together, it is a great way to challenge our youth athletes jumping ability.
