Races with a target!
In a recent JDP session we had a go at a @howardgreensupermovers game involving speed, change of direction and a bit of competition.
The goal was to get around the pole and beat your opponent to pick up the ball.
The races ended up becoming so close that video review was needed to determine the winner.
Plenty of speed on show from our youngsters, and a small bit of cheating trying to knock the pole over on one attempt!
