Ice Hockey isn’t the biggest sport in Australia. To put it bluntly, it’s not even close.
This has only driven Australian representative Steph into bettering herself each and every time she walks into ACE Performance.
Being one of the veterans in the squad, Steph understands the value that training in a high performance environment brings.
She’ll be the first to tell you how good she felt on the ice this past World Championships and AIHL season. And her results in centre speak for themselves with her in the top 5 for females in all our ‘Pound for Pound’ Strength data, and currently securely in second place on our 20m Sprint for elite female athletes.
2024 World Champs are in Europe…planning and training has already began!
