We achieve this by providing a professional environment for athletes to showcase and improve their sporting performance.
We aim to consistently produce results for our youth. To develop high quality, well educated athletes. To build confidence, self esteem and a positive self image. To safely develop all youth to achieve individual and team success.
We accomplish these results by providing a science backed training methodology that has been developed over 20 years working with thousands of athletes from your local sports enthusiast, sports youth through to professional and olympic athletes.

Long Term Athlete Development Strategy
Alex Morgan was our very first athlete drafted in to the AFL by the Essendon FC. Alex came to us only 6 weeks out from The AFL Draft combine with recurring hamstring injuries (3 that year). Unable to run, yet alone sprint, Alex trained hard with the team and managed to get in shape for the combine. Not only did he get in shape, but Alex also won the 20m sprint and placed second in the AFL agility test!
Speed and Agility
A targeted session designed to improve the way you move for your sport. These sessions include: Dynamic warm-up, Acceleration mechanics, Upright running mechanics, Change of Direction mechanics, stability and injury prevention.
Strength and Power
A targeted session designed to develop pure strength and power for your sport. This session includes the following components: Upper body power, Plyometrics, Medicine ball throws, Lower body strength, Upper body strength, Stability, Injury prevention and recovery.
