Athletic triage
Whether it be recovery from an acute injury, or a movement screen to ensure you are at your peak, our performance physiotherapists have you covered.
You will begin with triage of your current situation, before establishing best course of service.

Getting hands on
This step will be determined during initial triage.
Hands on assistance may be required to provide you with some relief. It may also be used to help find positions that were previously restricted.

Education - Understand what is limiting you.
Our team will always endeavour to help you understand why certain things may be occurring in your body, as well as where you are on your journey of recovery

Outlining the plan
There's nothing worse than 'I'll book you in next week...'
WHY?! What's my plan of attack? How long will I be in this situation? What landmarks should I expect to achieve, and in what time frame?...
All of this will be covered by your sessions.
