Our High Performance Program is designed to develop stronger, faster, fitter and more powerful humans!
This is not standalone gym training. Your program is built around movement quality, load management, and performance outcomes, with direct collaboration between our strength coaches and our allied health team.
You'll train year-round using a structured, evidence-based system that develops strength, power, speed, and fitness.
Whether you are progressing through rehabilitation, returning to sport, or aiming to raise your performance ceiling, this program provides a clear pathway from treatment to high-level performance.

There's no better way to kick your goal out of the park, than investing in yourself with one on one sessions.
You'll have the undivided attention of your trainer (performance coach) - they'll know you're goal, and they're not going to stop until they've got you over the line!
Options for 30, 45 and 60min sessions, starting at $100.

Are you someone who prefers training alongside others?
Others that are chasing similar goals?
Others that are going to pull you up when you're down?
Our small group training options will have no more than 8 people in a class, that way our coach can still individualise components of the session to you, and your requirements.
Strong - You don't need to be scared in the gym anymore! Learn safe lifting techniques and become STRONG!
Fit - For those needing to lose weight, or increase their fitness for general health, this class is for you.
The goal is not to break you - it will apply science, and progress you beyond limits you thought imaginable.
