School Performance Program:
With all the focus being on winter sports, summer sports like cricket have been working hard in the background.
The SEDA Cricket High Performance Program has been working all year in the gym and is now starting to ramp up with the start of pre-season for many local clubs.
The focus has been on building up some load & resilience for all the students to be able the demands of bowling and batting in cricket.
Acceleration work on the track (especially on change of direction), shoulder strength and stability to handle all the throwing and bowling, plus key compound strength movements to build overall resilience.
With the start of the season only just around the corner, now is the time to get the work in.
