Athlete Spotlight: JACK (Boxing)
Long-time ACE athlete Boxer Jack hails from the sunny midlands of Ireland, and now resides in expat central, St Kilda.
Jack has been one of the most consistent and driven athletes at ACE North Melbourne since he signed on. He had clear performance goals when he started, and he’s smashed those goals, plus more in his time here.
Some of his results include:
· Counter Movement Jump – 29cm to 38cm
· 20m Sprint – 3.46 to 3.26
· 10m Sprint – 2.09 to 1.92
· RSI – 2.6 to 3.24
