Lifting weights can really impact on an athlete’s performance. Correctly building strength while establishing core stability and flexibility, results in a more powerful body. We have seen a lot of athletes gain not only strength but confidence as well. That is pretty powerful stuff, too.
Your program is designed appropriately for your age and ability. No experience is required.
Choose up to 6 sessions. Each session lasts 1 hour
$99 for 6 sessions or $20 per session
Sessions throughout all school holiday breaks
Days and times are location dependent.
