ACE Performance has had the pleasure of developing athletes at Olympic, national, state and regional level. From professional through to amateur level teams, our school performance programs are designed to fit the direction of your school and improve the whole school sports program across the board.
The Ace School program - Mission
The philosophy of the Ace school performance program is to train students to perform at their peak, through the consistent improvement of their physical capacities. This system has been built over our strong 20 year history, working with thousands of athletes from multiple age groups, levels and sporting codes.
Training will focus on functional movements that are multi-joint, multi-directional, multi-planar and multi-level prescribed with science and that has a purpose. Utilisng the latest in sport science technology, methods and systems.
Training will improve general - specific and overall athleticism - Speed, Power, Balance, Proprioception, Control, Agility and Strength for any sport - While keeping our athletes injury free and performing at their peak!
This program will challenge students in areas of leadership, work ethic, attitude, character and commitment.

Long Term Athlete Development Strategy
Alex Morgan was our very first athlete drafted in to the AFL by the Essendon FC. Alex came to us only 6 weeks out from The AFL Draft combine with recurring hamstring injuries (3 that year). Unable to run, yet alone sprint, Alex trained hard with the team and managed to get in shape for the combine. Not only did he get in shape, but Alex also won the 20m sprint and placed second in the AFL agility test!
