Our small group training options will have no more than 10 people in a class, that way our coach can still individualise components of the session to you, and your requirements.

Strong - You don't need to be scared in the gym anymore! Learn safe lifting techniques. Understand that strong is beautiful!

Fit - For those needing to lose weight, or increase their fitness for general health, this class is for you. The goal is not to break you - it will apply science, and progress you beyond limits you thought imaginable.
