How accelerations training methods helped me: I found the acceleration program beneficial to me getting drafted, they made me quicker, more explosive and stronger.
My body recovered quicker after games and I was able to get through the longs games with ease. The more information and training I got from acceleration the better I got.
Who I would recommend acceleration to:
I would recommend anyone who wants to get the most out of there bodies, I got drafted at 25, which is hard to do and I believe the work I did with acceleration took me to another level and prepared me for AFL footy. If you want to take your sport to the next level I couldn’t recommend Acceleration enough, they will get the best out of you.
