Terms and Conditions

As you know this program is run for free. In order for you to reach your goals and lose all that unwanted excess fat, you need to be 100% focused and adhere to the entire program. This includes:


- at least 75% attendance (13 of 18 sessions) to the scheduled classes

- weekly  Nutrition Diary Reports shared with your trainer

- before and after photos submitted

There will be 3 x 45min Group Training Sessions each week, situated at the Coffs Harbour Education Campus:

Sessions will take place on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 6:00am, and Saturday mornings at 8:00am.

Our coaches are here to get you over the line and achieve your ultimate success. We will be throwing everything at ensuring that you succeed, and it is for this reason, that you will be required to pay $200 for your training if you are unsuccessful in achieving the above requirements.
